Within a Meditation Instruction Session our objective is to connect you deeper to the Eternal Now. It is within this very present moment that you are truly free, whole, and perfect. Yet, the mind rumates within the past and the future - resurfacing memories or creating predictions. Not only is this preventing you from missing the true magic of Life itself, but this is inhibiting you from reaching your Greatest Potential. Each of our meditation sessions is different as I’ve created a beautifully sequential journey of meditations to lead you deeper and deeper into the Now. We will go into great depth on topics related to the Mind, the Ego, Consciousness, 3D into 5D, the Unified Field, etc. You will have all of the tools to move deeper into this space with yourself and begin to cultivate a life that embodies the truth of Divine Possibility!
