About the event
Are you seeking community? Life-long friendships? To feel fully seen and heard? To learn and understand yourself better?
Within our Women's Support Group we will be doing just that. Connecting, understanding, supporting, loving, and diving deep into the heart.
Our group is a space of sacred vulnerability. We are here to connect deeply with ourselves and with the women in our new tribe, our new sisters.
In a world where feeling alone has become “normal,” we come together in this space to honor both our similarities and our beautiful differences. Here, we share openly and are embraced for all that we are. Judgment is left at the door as we step into the gentle, unconditional love that surrounds us - within and all around.
We will be diving into all sorts of things such as: group story telling and sharing, meditation, breathwork, reiki sharing, educational techniques & tips for healing…
