Our Women's Retreats are POWERFUL activations of the heart, soul, mind, and body. We dive into these experiences with the intention of connecting and coming back home to ourselves amidst the loving embrace of Mother Nature.
We will dive into a multitude of transformative workshops such as, but not limited to: breathwork, dyad meditation, ecstatic dance, reiki sharing, cacao ceremonies, inner child healing, shadow work, shamanic drumming - you name it, we're probably doing it!
We also love to incorporate activities off of the property too, such as a beautiful boat ride, hiking, horseback riding, yoga, surfing, etc. It's all about getting more connected and in tune with you and our beautiful environment. Disconnecting to reconnect.
Our core values are: SISTERHOOD, TRANSFORMATION, and PLAY. We love incorporating each of these into all of our activities, workshops, and experiences. It's all about balance - keeping things light and playful, while diving deep into the layers that live within - producing great change and transformation.

Awaken: A Women's Yoga & Meditation Retreat took place in Live Oak, FL.
Our beautiful cabin was located right along the Suwannee River. A secluded, private, and lush 3 acres.
Crystal clear waters surrounding us through the offerings of Charles Springs Conservation.
Wildlife at every turn. The songs of birds singing in the early morning mist. With a wrap around deck for pristine views of nature’s garden.
We dove into a multitude of powerful and beautiful workshops inclusive of: Intentional Fire Ceremonies, Vinyasa Yoga Flows, Guided, Meditation Classes, Collective Body Painting, River Bathing, Ecstatic Dance & Drumming Circle, Cacao Ceremony, Dyad Meditation Experience & Educational Discussions.

All of it. Every piece of you. Fully embraced. Fully accepted. Here and Now.
Within Our Sisterhood Retreat we will move through a multitude of different workshops all while maintaining a beautiful and intentional balance with rest and play. Yes, we will have time for deep deep healing, BUT we will also PLAY! And in the play, we will laugh, we will share, we will get silly, and enjoy the abundance of unadulterated PLAY. We will CELEBRATE all that your life is, all the it has been, and all that it will be. Our healing will come through the experiences of joy, freedom, and sisterhood.
It is time that we CELEBRATE. That we relish in the PLEASURE that Life is and can be. That we take time to feel deep gratitude for all that is and all that has been and will be.
And in this - we allow for and deeply honor the waves that come from these experiences - whether that be grief of old pieces of you that once were, anger towards the life that has been, confusion towards what is coming next - all of it. It is welcome here. We will explore what it means to be a true Multidimensional Woman and Sister.
