As an Alternative Therapist, my work centers on supporting emotional wellbeing, nervous system regulation, and authentic human connection — skills that directly impact how people show up at work, lead others, and collaborate within teams. I bridge ancient wisdom with modern workplace realities.
With a background in counseling-based frameworks, metaphysics, and transpersonal psychology, I create spaces that feel safe, inclusive, and practical — even for those who may be new to mindfulness or skeptical of “wellness” initiatives. My approach is experiential, trauma-informed, and grounded in real-life application, ensuring employees walk away not just inspired, but equipped with tools they can immediately integrate into their daily lives.
