This workshop is one of a kind. Get ready to dive deep into the chakra system and essential oils! Ever wonder how to help boost your confidence, why you can't seem to set boundaires with people or why you don't feel like being in group settings lately? All of the things we do and experince in our lives is very much connected with our chakra system. By focusing in on what is occuring personally within our lives we are able to see what needs healing. Essential oils are great tools to help open and clear the blockages found within the chakras. Come and join me Tuesday, July 28th at 7 PM for a wonderful workshop filled with wisdom, mysticism and fun!
What will be included/discussed:
- Several ways in which to balance the chakra system
- Thorough explanantion of what each chakra represents and symbolizes in your life
- Each chakras overactive and under-active qualities
- Essential oil pairings for each chakra
- List of places in which to buy quality essential oils from
- Guided meditation to balance all 7 chakras
Come prepard with:
- A journal or notebook
- Pen/pencil
- Incense/candle to light prior to meditation
- Anything that helps you get as comfortable as possible (blanket, pillows, crystals, etc.)
- AN OPEN HEART + AN OPEN MIND
