Within our Women's Support Group we will be doing just that. Connecting, understanding, supporting, loving, and diving deep into the heart, body, & soul.
Our women's group is a space of sacred vulnerability, play, & healing.
In a world where feeling alone or lonely has unfortunately become our new “normal,” we come together in this space to honor both our similarities and our beautiful differences. Here, we share openly and are embraced for all that we are. Judgment is left at the door as we step into the gentle, unconditional love that surrounds us.
We will dive into a plentitude of incredible experiences such as meditation, morning tea & snacks, breathwork, a fall-themed craft workshop, a fun & playful card game, group story telling and…
