About the event

Hi my beautiful people! I know how stressful our world has been lately. Some of us have had to change our lives drastically. Everything feels up in the air, ALL OF THE TIME! It's time to settle back down and learn how to healthily cope, manage and relieve our stress. 

In this workshop we will be covering a plenitude of helpful habits, all of which will assist you in turning that "relax switch" ON. 

Topics that will be covered:

- Harmful physical and mental effects stress has on you

- Lifestyle changes for reducing stress (nutrition, exercise, sleep, socialization, and assertiveness techniques)

- Stress management techniques (positive thinking, acceptance, release of control, progressive muscle relaxation exercise)

- Deep breathing technique

- Guided meditation

At the end of our workshop you will be left feeling confident in your ability to handle all of the stressors life likes to throw at you. 

Come prepared to take some notes, relax and enjoy as your brain gains all the knowledge it needs to tackle anything that comes your way!
