4-Month Radical Healing Journey

Embark on a sacred 4-month journey into the heart of JOY. Month 1: Awareness. Month 2: Healing. Month 3: Expansion. Month 4: JOY! We begin in the Awakening Phase, where gentle but profound awareness shines light on the shadows - we uncover limiting patterns, cycles, thought loops, wounds, and stories that no longer serve you. We then step into the Healing Phase, a sacred container of radical acceptance and unconditional love. Here, Reiki Energy Healing, Breathwork, Meditation, and Embodiment alchemize your pain into empowerment, allowing your true self to emerge. We then rise in the Expansion Phase, where mind, body, spirit, and heart unite in deep wisdom and transformation. Receiving all of the sacred tools and teachings of education to anchor lasting change and embody your highest potential. Finally, we arrive in the radiant Joy Phase - a divine celebration of your rebirth. Through reflection, gratitude, and a deep focus on pleasure, you FULLY embody a life of meaning, power, and boundless JOY. This is more than a program - it's your soul’s invitation to greater truth, purpose, and JOY! Cancellation Policy
Policy: - Your success is determined on both the effort put in by both YOU and Maddie. The sessions work if you work them. - 24/7 access via text to Maddie is included in Journey To Joy (please give Maddie 24 hours to respond). - Adaptability and flexibility will be part of the Journey; due to what your specific needs are the program will adapt to what is most fit for you come the time of your session. For example, although Month 1 is intended for Awareness (mainly coaching), Maddie may want to do a Reiki Energy Healing session with you during that time - although Reiki Energy Healing is intended for Month 2: Healing. We will go with the flow :-) - Journey To Joy is meant to take place within the parameters of 4 months and includes 16 sessions, our session timeline cannot exceed past 5 months (in case of vacations, sick weeks, etc.). - Sessions are anywhere from 60-90 mins. - All worksheets and extra "homework" must be completed each week. - Arriving to your session more than 15 min late results in the session being cancelled and you will be charged in full. - 24 hour notice is required for any reschedule or cancellation, you will be charged in full for any time less than 24 hours.
