Radical Transformation

A powerful journey ahead we have together! Get excited and get ready to radically transform your life in every way! Through the different healing modalities of Breathwork, Spiritual Coaching, Meditation, Reiki, Conscious Movement/Embodiment practices, and Art Play we will cultivate, together, the greatest healing and change your life has experienced thus far. The session times that are available are Tuesday's and Thursday's 3pm, 4:30 pm, and 6 pm & Friday's at 10 am, 11:30 am, and 1 pm. Not all of these times may be available when you book, I will reach out to you personally once you purchase and we will disucss our meeting times further - I am flexible. We also may not be able to meet every week - that is okay! Each week we are not able to meet, we will extend to after the month period.
