This meditation is not intended for the faint-hearted, as it will lead you through a Crown Chakra Awakening and open you to the vessel of Divine Guidance that your Soul calls for, if you are ready.

How To:
- Listen to for 7 days to Awaken the Crown Chakra (Morning time preferred - 4 AM if possible)
- Use crystals associated with the Crown Chakra and the Root Chakra during meditation (Ex: Selenite: Crown / Carnelian: Root)
- Wear the colors associated with the Crown Chakra and the Root Chakra during meditation (Ex: White or Violet: Crown / Red or Black: Root)
